We have a full complement of Technical Project staff members including Project Managers and Consultants, System Engineers, and Tools Experts available on an as needed basis.Technical Project Managers and Project Management Consultants Our Technical Project Managers and Consultants have at least 10 years experience in Technical Project Management and at least 5 years of consulting experience in one or more technical disciplines. They are skilled facilitators and team managers intimately familiar with all aspects of the technical project management process including requirements development & management, system concept development, system integration and test, verification & validation, schedule and budget management, risk management, and all aspects of managing technical projects. Many have a current SSBI. Our experts can act as your project manager for a specific project or mentor a number of your own project managers. Our System Engineers have at least 10 years experience as system engineers and at least 5 years of consulting experience and are skilled at working with your developers, engineers, scientists, and project managers. They are familiar with all aspects of the system engineering process from requirements elicitation through final system sign-off and delivery. Many have a current SSBI. Whatever the technical intricacies our system engineers will have the skills you need to be successful. Technical Project Management Tools Experts At ProjTech our Tools Experts can can help you integrate your existing tools into your project management processes, make better use of your existing tools, act as your tool experts, or select new tools. All are intimately familiar with a variety of computer based engineering and project management applications such as Project Scheduler, DOORS, Microsoft Project, etc. Project Administrative Support Upon request we can provide Administrative Support personnel to provide help in whatever project management area it might be needed. |
