They are skilled facilitators and team managers intimately familiar with all aspects of the proposal management process including competitive analysis (blue sheet development), proposal planning, RFP analysis, proposal team staffing and management, win strategy and theme development, storyboard development, assigning and managing volume captains, managing figure development, proposal writing, review process management, oral proposal development and preparation, etc. Our Senior Technical Writers have at least 7 years experience as technical writers and are skilled at working with developers, engineers and scientists. They are expert at eliciting input from your technical specialists and translating it into concise and pointed language that expresses your strengths in concert with your proposal win strategy and themes. They are skilled at developing and incorporating theme statements, action captions, action headings, etc. into your proposal. All of our technical writers are intimately familiar with proposal development and the intricacies of writing winning proposals and have worked as proposal writers for numerous technical proposals. Many have technical education and work experience. Whatever the technical intricacies you are trying to get across, our technical writers can bridge the gap between your technical experts and the written or oral proposal. At ProjTech our Graphics Specialists are experts at converting thoughts and ideas into hard-hitting, compact illustrations and figures. They have years of experience in illustration, graphic arts, computer graphics, and related disciplines. All are intimately familiar with a variety of computer graphics applications such as Illustrator, FreeHand, PowerPoint, etc. Our Publication Specialists are intimately familiar with the intricacies of converting raw text and graphic inputs into formatted page layouts using any of today’s powerful page layout applications such as Microsoft Word, Publisher, Adobe PageMaker, Acrobat, etc. Each has many years experience with the proposal process and proposal publication including template development, page layout, formatting, etc. Our Technical Editors are skilled reviewers capable of taking your written text and converting it to concise, hard-hitting language. Each has at least 5 years experience and is familiar with the proposal process including how to incorporate and weave your win strategy and themes throughout the proposal. Upon request we can provide Administrative Support personnel to provide help in whatever area it might be needed.
