This one-day exercise intensive course provides an end-to-end overview of the proposal review team process.  The course uses a threaded exercise to create a simulated Red Team environment in which you will learn to analyze a proposal for compliance and score the proposal against the evaluation criteria.  In doing so you will gain new skills and techniques you need to use the review process at multiple points to successfully create winning proposals each and every time.
